Bread Street Kitchen + Bar
The highly anticipated restaurant from notorious chef, Gordon Ramsay, is finally opening this month! Bread Street Kitchen + Bar is one of 25 restaurants in the Gordon Ramsay group, and with his strong reputation there’s high expectations for his first Hong Kong venture. Expect British/European fare that uses British artisanal products and high quality ingredients from Australasia… we can’t wait to try the all day dining and of course, the brunch!

This brand new noodle joint is situated in Causeway Bay’s Fashion Walk, offering al fresco dining on its casual patio area. K-Town has been buzzing with new eats lately, and now there’s another resto that you’ll need to add in to the mix! Can’t get enough of those laid-back K-Town vibes? Chino is another restaurant gracing the streets of this up and coming ‘hood, and this place is definitely going to up K-Town’s ‘cool’ factor even more. With street art on the walls, modern Mexican fare on the plates and former Nobu chef Erik Idos fronting up the kitchen, this is definitely one to watch. Stay tuned for the opening!

Hot Chick
The loveable Paul’s Kitchen has just opened another new venture. Hot Chick is their new takeaway joint that offers up a selection of homemade British products… yes that does mean fish ‘n’ chips! And of course, their signature roast chicken is a must try. Expect simple comfort food and yummy homemade desserts (we’re already eyeing up the sticky toffee pudding).

Cali-Mex
Can’t get enough of that Mexicana cuisine?! Check out the latest Mexican joint to hit Hong Kong, Cali-Mex. With four locations opening up this month, this is definitely going to be the new go-to place for a quick taco, nacho or quesadilla fix! With a cool shop-front and great ingredients (Aussie Angus beef, grass-fed and hormone-free!), this is definitely one to try if you’re craving a burrito!

The Lot
This newbie is right up the street from Sassy Mama HQ, so we’re definitely keen to try it out soon! The cosy interior is inviting and casual, and they do everything from lunch and tea sets to brunch. With delicious looking burgers and pizzas on the menu (hello, wagyu beef!), as well as ribs, a selection of salads and some sweet treats, this is a great, easy all-rounder.

Monsieur CHATTÉ
This French favourite has recently opened up a new place in Wan Chai, and we were lucky enough to check it out! This little café/salad bar-style resto is tucked up a windy street, but if you manage to find it you’ll be treated to a fantastic salad bar with fresh ingredients, incredible sandwiches and authentic French produce. With super reasonable prices and value for money sets available, this is definitely somewhere to stop off for lunch.

Le Bistro Winebeast
One of our favourite wine stores, Winebeast, has gone one step further with their brand new French-style bistro. We managed to get a taste of some of their signature dishes and of course, sip on some of their fantastic organic wines, and let us tell you – it’s great!
