It seems that good kids shows are like buses – you wait ages for one to come and then three turn up at once! Kidsfest 2012 at the HKAPA starts on 10 January and should keep our littlies amused for the rest of the month i.e. the perfect chance for us to recover from Christmas!
Kidsfest 2012 includes stage adaptations of three perennial children’s classics – The Tiger Who Came To Tea, We’re Going On A Bear Hunt and Stick Man. All are bedtime story favourites round Sassy HQ so they’re certain to go down a treat!
The Tiger Who Came To Tea brings to life the characters from the much-loved tale of teatime mayhem (the clue is in the title!); We’re Going On A Bear Hunt takes the whole family on an intrepid adventure whilst Julia Donaldson’s Stick Man recounts the escapades of its eponymous stick-shaped hero!
Expect lots of colourful characters, catchy songs and a little sprinkling of theatrical magic – we can’t wait!
