Explore and grow this summer at Mighty Oaks

With the summer holidays approaching, we’re on the lookout for fun and engaging activities for our kiddos. On top of searching for a camp where they can learn new skills and meet new friends, the added bonus of character education sounds just about perfect to us. Luckily for us, our friends over at Mighty Oaks kindergarten pride themselves on just that.

The school is known for delivering the best quality practice for babies and young children in an engaging and fun environment. Merging professionalism with a personalised touch, the trilingual curriculum (including English, Cantonese and Putonghua) is developed based on EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) and a Canadian Full-Day Early Learning Kindergarten Curriculum.

Mighty Oaks has a strong emphasis on being environmentally-friendly and it’s clear when you walk into the campus. From an aquaponics wall, showing the cycle of growing plants and fish living in one system where students can bring home fresh vegetables. They pride themselves in only serving organic food and using environmentally friendly products. And if you’re worried about hygiene, fear not! This is the first establishment to use anti-viral, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal paint, which is effective against various types of diseases. Phew!

The school’s motto is “Where lifelong learning meets with character development”, so you can rest assure that growth is on the agenda, mamas! Mighty Oaks values building a strong foundation on moral values encouraged by nine attributes (love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control). And like the academic year, this summer’s camp focus will be no different. Campers will spend their days growing into little naturalists, foodies, bookworms and athletes! This year’s summer camp will have young minds exploring through STEAM projects as well as other outdoor and creative activities.
