Kids Will Love to Get Up and Move at Spotlight Studio!

Creating a healthy and balanced atmosphere for our kids to grow up in is on the top of our to do lists as mamas. Spotlight Studio founders Jessica Lee and Katie Abraham have worked in the Hong Kong performing arts industry since 2009. They were inspired to build an exciting new venture for dance and fitness lovers so created Spotlight Studio for everyone to enjoy. They provide energetic classes in dance, drama, fitness and yoga for toddlers, children, teens and adults, and also have licensed fitness programmes such as Zumba® and Zumba Kids®.

They also offer entertainment for corporate and private events through providing performances and choreography at birthdays, weddings, talent shows, and pop-up dance classes. Additionally, Spotlight Studio is the first facility in Hong Kong to promote Les Mills BORN TO MOVE™ .

BORN TO MOVE™ is a program that focuses on cultivating a love of physical activity in a child early on so that healthy living and exercise become habits that will be continued for the rest of their lives. The program teaches age-appropriate motor skills through Dance, Martial Arts, Yoga and Games to music kids and teens love, while focusing on giving the kids a sense of achievement all in a supportive environment. Spotlight Studio is proud to offer these classes, which emphasise having fun and finding joy of movement.
