Parties & PlayPost Category - Parties & PlayParties & Play

While Halloween may be just one day a year, loads of places around Hong Kong pull out all the stops and celebrate all month long.  Here’s a look at our top picks for the spookiest family events for you and the kids to enjoy:

WHY MUMMY LOVES IT: The headless horseman will be roaming the park, hunting down the fiend who took his head. Explore the Dark Side of Disney as every inch of Disneyland becomes haunted. Who doesn’t want to see Mickey and the gang in their best Halloween attire?!

WHY MUMMY LOVES IT: From ultra high-tech scares like Hong Kong’s first 3D haunted house (!), to classic haunts and riveting shows, Ocean Park Halloween Bash 2011 is perfect for all who love a good scare! And with a total of 8 haunted houses  and 20 Halloween-theme attractions you and the kiddies are in for a fabulously frightening journey into the Republic of Halloween! (Note that Ocean Park does not recommend an evening of ghosts and ghouls for expectant mothers and children under 5.)

Hong Kong Halloween Treats
WHEN: 22 September – 31 October
WHERE: Here, there, and everywhere!

WHY MUMMY LOVES IT: Whether it’s spending an evening at one of the haunted hot spots or enjoying a quick diabolical drink or eerie edible, there’s something for everyone among this year’s Halloween Treats taking place all over Hong Kong. Get the full low-down on all the spooky goings-on all over HK here.
