Under the sea!
December doesn’t have to be all snowmen and Santas (although we’ve got plenty of them in our festive event guide too!) so how about taking your little ones on a magical ocean journey with The Little Mermaid Puppet Ballet? Performed by the renowned Guangxi Zhuangzu Zizhiqu Puppet Troupe of China, this is a beautiful piece of black light theatre and the bright colours, stunning sea creatures and enchanting evergreen fairy-tale are sure to enthrall all generations!

Baby Talk
Get the chance to chat with fellow mamas about everything baby-related at this fabulous Baby Talk programme run by A Mother’s Touch! This 12-week series of informal and fun talks will cover everything you need to know about your newborn, with the guidance of qualified professionals plus the general chit-chat that goes with meeting tonnes more mums (as opposed to boring the socks off some of your single girlfriends!).

Shop ‘til you drop!
An art-lovers take on Christmas shopping – and it’s kid-friendly?! Well that really does sound too good to miss! Head down to the 10+ Pop-Up Store, where there will be a range of clothes, accessories, jewellery and children’s gift ideas from the likes of Marleen Molenaar, MISHCA, Nude Is Rude, Madeleine Thompson, and many more. There will also be talks and readings, delicious refreshments and a lovely backdrop of gorgeous work from local artists. We reckon the best bet for mamas is to go on the 3rd December, when there will be children’s book readings at 4pm – keeping the little ones entertained while we get our shop on!

Paws By The Sea
A fun day out for all the family – including your four-legged furballs too! Paws By The Sea is part of the Stanley Plaza re-opening ceremony to celebrate HK’s first fully dog-friendly shopping centre and they’ve laid on a weekend of canine entertainment with all proceeds going to the SPCA. There’s a doggie Next Top Model, pet playground, demonstrations, training workshops, photo studio, tea party to celebrate the SPCA’s 90th anniversary and even a world record attempt for the Largest Ever Dog Obedience Class! You’d be barking mad to miss it!
