Silence at Sea Junk Boat Trip
Does the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong sometimes get too much? Grab your swimsuit and join this one-of-a-kind experience that let’s you leave behind the chaos of the city and escape into the peaceful nature for complete silence. Silence at Sea is a one-day retreat starting at 10:00am that takes place on a junk boat. The event is organised by a new boutique events company called The Whale Life. The goal behind the Silence at Sea event is to rejuvenate you and reenergise you, with a healthy lunch by Nosh Meals and guided meditations led by Dr. Monica Borschel. Leave all your stresses behind and come spend the day on a boat!

Four Part Yoga Series with Philippa Ho for Foodlink
This weekend you have the chance to join in on one of two amazing yoga classes. They are suitable for all levels and help to raise money for Foodlink Foundations. The classes will take place in the beautiful open-air sky garden, which also give you the much-needed fresh air to help you relax for the weekend. Philippa Ho will teach the class and you’ll also receive two $100 Kyoto Joe Japanese dining vouchers! The class will start at 3:00pm but be sure to arrive by 2:30pm to check in!

The Easter Southside Market
For the perfect, family-friendly Easter Sunday, head over to The Butchers Club Easter Southside Market for an afternoon on a rooftop filled with food, live music and games. For the little ones, entertainment will consist of an Easter egg hunt, face painting and an Easter egg painting booth to name a few! The adults can mix and mingle while also enjoying the range of food that will be offered (suited for both vegetarians and meat lovers)! Book your place here!

The Spartan Junior Race 2017
Similar to the Spartan Race, the Spartan Junior Race caters to children ages 4-13 years old. The race was created to inspire young athletes of all athletic abilities to foster a life-long commitment to health and fitness. There will be a number of different events that day for racers to experience opportunities in exciting, outdoor activities where having fun and getting dirty is mandatory! The little racers will test their abilities through running, balancing, walking, crawling and climbing their way through fun-filled obstacle courses. Races will start at 10:00am and take place by age at varying times throughout the day. To see which race your little one qualifies for, check the page here!

Orangetheory Fitness Pre-Launch Party
Originating from the States, Orangetheory Fitness is coming to Hong Kong to bring you the ultimate workout combining rowing, running and weight training to give you more energy burn, visible toning and calorie burn for up to 36 hours. Before opening their doors for classes, Orangetheory will be hosing a pre-launch party to give you a chance to learn more about the classes, the trainers and the best ways to keep fit. Just RSVP to the event via the Orangetheory Facebook Event page and head over by 6:30pm for the event, which will also include snacks, drinks and an opportunity to register for classes at extremely low rates!
