Hong Kong Singers – A Grand Night for Singing

Scrambling for ideas for a fun family night? Hong Kong Singers, one of the most established theatrical groups in Hong Kong, will be performing a motley of music from Richard Rodgers, Cinderella and The Sound of Music. This family-friendly performance will have a theme centred around love, from young infatuation to unconditional lifelong bonds.

When: 7:30pm from Thursday, 15 June to Saturday, 17 June. 3pm matinee on Saturday, 17 June.
Where: The Fringe Underground Theatre, The Fringe Club, 2 Lower Albert Road, Central
How much: $280 for adult (including 1 standard drink). $230 for Fringe Club members (including 1 standard drink).

Family Funday at The Whale Life

We believe there’s no better escape from the summer heat than to the ocean itself. With pool noodles, inflatables and water guns, the Family Funday with The Whale Life will be one to remember! There will also be free-flow Peroni and Prosecco for all you hardworking mamas and papas. Juices by Hyaku will be catering the event with tasty refreshments and freshly pressed juices. What’s not to love?

Yoga for Dog Lovers

Hong Kong Dog Rescue and #YogaForAll series is coming together to raise awareness for abused and homeless canines. Bring your furry family member along to the dog-friendly open park for a yoga session. It’s a great time for you and your pup to spend some time outdoors and meet new friends! You’ll also be in safe hands as PURE instructor, Angela Lohse, is leading the session. Don’t forget to pack your own yoga mat, towel and water for this class!

When: 8 July (event has been postponed from 17 June)
Where: West Kowloon Cultural District, West Kowloon, Hong Kong.

The Gig Week Hong Kong

Calling all music lovers! Gig Week is a seven-day music extravaganza of indie music (100% Hong Kong bands here!). Love the sound of an intimate, live performance? Each night, a new genre of music will be featured (think dance rock and live electro!). Performers include Interzone Collective, The Zero Point, Le Groupe Electrogene Fanfare Club and Sexy Hammer. You’re guaranteed to discover fresh new talent while dancing the week away!
