Tickets for the family theatre event of the year go on sale this weekend.

Now we realise that planning for 2020 might sound a bit extreme, but KidsFest 2020 needs to be in your calendar! With nine different children’s classics brought to life on stage over six weeks, this is the perfect introduction to the wonderful world of theatre. This winter, get lost in the world of Tabby McTat, Mr Men and Little Miss, The Gruffalo’s Child, The Snail And The Whale, Dr Bunhead’s Blastoff, Dinosaur Zoo, Stick Man, Peter Pan: Underneath A Magical Moon and the always popular KidsFest mainstay, The Gruffalo. For the first time in Hong Kong, the beautifully crafted and hilarious Mr Men and Little Miss is sure to be a crowd-pleaser. See your favourites, Mr Bump, Little Miss Sunshine, Mr Tickle and Little Miss Inventor, leap off the page and onto the stage as puppets. Dinosaur Zoo also features a cast of large-scale, life-like puppets that are sure to stimulate the imagination. This is one for kids aged five and up, and gives little ones a chance to get up close to the action or watch the experiential theatre wide-eyed from a distance.
