Lee Gardens’ All of My World
This Christmas, Lee Gardens is recreating whimsical and happy moments from Jimmy Liao’s classic children’s picture books. Check out the exhibition of Jimmy’s famous works (Hysan), grab some inspired snacks at the pop-up café (Hysan), and check out the Christmas Cottage for some limited-edition merchandise (Lee Garden One). As expected, there will be all sorts of Christmas happenings, and photo opportunities with Santa are also available (Hysan, Lee Garden One, Lee Garden Two) – full schedule and more details here.

Lee Tung Avenue x Regent Street’s The Spirit of Christmas
In collaboration with The Crown Estate, Lee Tung Avenue is bringing Regent Street’s Spirit of Christmas to Hong Kong! Following the street-lighting show in London, Lee Tung Avenue will have a switch-on ceremony of its own. There will also be charity sales, workshops, a special Christmas parade (Monday, 24 and Tuesday, 25 December) and, of course, lots of festive food!.

When: From now until Monday, 31 December 2018, 8am to 11pm

Discovery Bay’s Let it Glow Christmas Special
This Christmas, Discovery Bay will be host to all sorts of festive attractions, including Insta-worthy displays all over the D’Deck and North Plaza, and a Bizircus x DB Christmas Acrobatic Parade Party (Sunday, 23 December to Wednesday, 26 December, 6pm to 8pm). Santa and his elves have arrived and are warming up in the halls of Pacific Place. Private meetings to greet Santa are available to book.

Hong Kong Ballet’s The Nutcracker
Back for another festive season, the Hong Kong Ballet will be taking to the stage of the Grand Theatre for a magical performance of The Nutcracker. Perfect for the whole family, audiences of all ages will be thrilled by this classic Christmas story which sees the Sugar Plum Fairy, Mouse King and Nutcracker Prince come to life.

This year, Ocean Park is collaborating with our hometown’s iconic cartoon character McDull for the very first time. This festive season, InterContinental is hosting decorating classes especially for your children, suitable for ages 5 to 11 years old. Kids can learn to decorate their very own gingerbread house (led by Executive Pastry Chef Christian Gonthier), listen to a storytelling session from “The Nutcracker”, and enjoy hot chocolate (there’s plenty for parents too).
