If you’re looking for natural remedies for yourself and your family, check out these workshops on aromatherapy by Matilda Pang, who is a Certified Clinical Aromatherapist. The first workshop, Stress Away 101 (from 2-3.30pm), focuses on raising happy kids using therapy grade essential oils to enhance their learning ability and keeping them calm while improving their immune system. The second workshop is all about you – enhancing your natural beauty, staying radiant and balancing your hormones. These workshops are strictly by registration only. Canadian Club Kids’ Stampede

Join the Canadian Club as they host a fun day out for mamas and kids! There will be art jamming for little Picassos, a mini dinosaur dig for young explorers and budding bakers will get to put their cooking skills to the test while others can play shopkeeper. Wear your cowboy boots and stomp ’em as you come in, yee-haw!

Ocean Park Summer Splash 2015
