The Sound of Music

Climb every mountain… yep, The Sound of Music starts this week in Hong Kong and runs for quite a while at the HKAPA! This classic musical, based on the film, will be definitely be a crowd-pleaser featuring actors from the London Palladium. Many of us at Sassy Mama HQ can’t wait to go check it out!

XYZ’s Ride for Nepal

Help the victims in Nepal by taking part in a charity ride at XYZ. One of the most powerful earthquakes for the region devastated the lives of thousands and destroyed even more homes, so the cool fitness club is hosting a 90-minute Ride for Nepal session. Lace up your trainers and get cycling.
