Alane Cahalane, Author at Sassy Mama

Alane Kosanovich Cahalane is an American veterinary specialist who has lived and worked in Hong Kong for over a decade. As an expert in companion animal surgery, she treats dogs and cats with cancer, orthopaedic and neurologic disease, and other conditions that require advanced surgery. Founder of the Veterinary Specialty Hospital of Hong Kong in 2014 and TEDx Wan Chai speaker in 2018, she is committed to educating the Hong Kong pet community on the importance of building trusting relationships with the veterinarians who treat their pets. Alane is also a mum to two terrific kids and a Labrador named Mona.
