Grano Italiano’s pizza tailor is the hottest new addition to Hong Kong’s pizza scene. The restaurant offers very reasonably priced pizza masterpieces. With mozzarella, anchovies, artichokes, blue cheese and more…they have absolutely everything you wish was on your pizza slice. The pizza tailor is the brain child of Riccardo Scalioli, a graduate of Universita’ Della Pizza, the University of Pizza in Italy (no joke) and chef Gian Franco Razzani. It costs $108 for a pizza with three toppings, or six toppings for $148, so indulge! and make sure you check out their lunch time specials!
