Youth Empowerment Service (YES) is a comprehensive English-speaking post-school programme for young adults with special needs. YES focuses on individual needs for growth. As a community-based transition programme, trainees learn skills they need to enter their adulthood and the community such as social and communications skills, independent living skills, functional skills and understanding of relationships with others, through various activities and community and vocational experiences.
