Rhythm Workshop

Come along with your little ones to the Rhythm Workshop on Saturday, 16 January for a music filled afternoon with certified music specialist, Jim Hawkins. Mr. Hawkins worked in the UK as a professional musical arranger for film and television before moving to Asia. He has an extensive background in composition which he integrates into this workshop. Compose your own song with the kiddos at BabySteps!

The workshop includes:

1) Observation and experimentation of the influence of rhythm on our daily life (breathing control, movement etc.)

2) Management of rhythm in dance, speaking, reading, live performance

3) Action of Rhythm in the socialisation process and non-verbal language

4) Use of rhythm for fun

5) Bilateral body movements with music

Children aged 6 months to 24 months AND 2 years old to 4 years old are welcome.
