The Egyptian mummies from the British Museum
are coming!
The long-awaited “Eternal Life – Exploring Ancient Egypt” Exhibition is set for its premiere on Friday, 2 June at the Hong Kong Science Museum. The exhibition will be open until Wednesday, 18 October and will showcase six Egyptian mummies between 1,800 and 3,000 years old, and up to 200 invaluable artefacts from the British Museum. Your whole gang will be impressed by the latest computerised tomography (CT) scanning technology which reveals the age and gender of the mummies. You can expect a series of interactive exhibits using modern technologies (which includes 3D projection mapping, virtual reality, and holograms), promising an imaginative, engaging experience for you and your clan to delve into the ancient Egyptian history dating back to 1,000 years B.C.!
Starting every Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday from Friday, 2 June to Sunday, 27 August, hit up any restaurants in Tsim Sha Tsui Centre or Empire Centre for lunch and on the same day, redeem your complimentary tickets to the Exhibition. You’ll get two free tickets if you spend $400+, and four if you spend $800 or above. You can redeem a maximum of four tickets with each eligible sales receipt. Perfect!
