Delicious new language school Eat My Words hits Hong Kong!

Have you been as hooked on Junior Masterchef Australia as we have?! Well, it seems that a culinary mood is in the air! Eat My Words, a fab new language school for littlies that combines learning with cooking, has hit Hong Kong – and we reckon it sounds simply delicious!

Eat My Words offers a creative, innovative and unique approach to teaching language to young ‘uns between the ages of 3 to 11 years old, using cooking as a teaching medium. It’s an exciting and engaging way to get your kids learning either French or English as a second language from highly-qualified native-speaking teachers… plus there’s the prospect of some tasty treats making their way back home to mama afterwards to look forward to!

Lessons are given in the target language with a focus on speaking, comprehension and vocabulary, plus the opportunity to develop other social, academic and life skills too – with tonnes of fun along the way! Eat My Words offers weekly lessons over a ten-week term and provides everything for your child – from the kitchen, tools, recipes and ingredients themselves right down to the chef’s hat!

All classes are limited to a maximum of eight students with one teacher and one assistant and you’re guaranteed it’s all happening in a totally safe environment with the right level of culinary skills and themes for different age groups. Mamas will be pleased to know that their littlies won’t just be doing the cooking, but the cleaning up after too!

We think this sounds like a great idea in HK’s somewhat overcrowded language-centre scene – and we can’t wait to reap the benefit of having some mini masterchefs either!
