Summer Camps In Sai Kung From Hong Kong Academy

There’s still time to book for the best summer ever!

If you’re a family living in Sai Kung or Clearwater Bay, this scenario may sound familiar: you find an amazing camp, class or activity for your kids and then despair when you realise it’s over an hour commute away. Well, thankfully, you have more options closer to home thanks to Hong Kong Academy’s Sai Kung summer camps!

Be patient with your kids while they whittle down their choices because there’s a huge range of fantastic activities on offer for children ages 2 to 18. There’s performing arts with Faust, Sport4Kids multi-activity camps, Top Flight Basketball, and Java and Minecraft coding classes. One of our favourite camps on offer is the Ronaldo Academy. Forget bending it like Beckham, legendary Brazilian footballer created this camp with his passion to share his in-depth knowledge of football, outstanding ability on the field, and his love for the sport. It’s the perfect time to go football crazy too, just in time for the FIFA World Cup! Let’s manage expectations for dads here, though: actual Ronaldo will not be at the camp (but it’s still an amazing camp that will instil a love of the sport and have your little striker loving their summer)!

Our other top picks include Disney Dance Off, where Miss Ria of the Academy of Dance (she’s a former dancer in the Lion King Show at Disneyland!) will have kids moving and shaking, as they explore different styles of movement to some classic Disney tunes. And there’s also STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Maths) Camps where logical learners and clever clogs can discover robotics, technology and more through a combination of technology with Lego, Playdough, and SCRATCH JR. for some truly 21st century learning.
