There’s something very satisfying about slathering on some cream and slipping off into the land of nod!
We all know the importance of getting our beauty sleep because not only is that when our bodies and minds get a rest (hands up who passes out as soon as their head hits the pillow!), but it’s also when our skin gets a chance to regenerate and repair. Part of our daily evening ritual involves taking off the day’s grease and grime, and any residual makeup that’s still in place by bedtime, with a good cleanse, tone and moisturise. In terms of our moisturiser, we prefer to use a different, more heavy-duty product at night to make sure our faces get the extra nourishment they need. So, next time you’re looking for some inspiration or you fancy mixing things up, these are the Sassy Mama team’s current favourite night creams.
