Christmas made easy is indeed a possibility when Invisible Kitchen is involved. Without fail they’re offering up some of the finest and most convenient holiday spreads to feed all of the hungry and busy bellies this year! Choose from a variety of packages available that will best suit you and your party; the Classic Dinner Hamper ($2,400) feeds up to 12 people and offers classic roasted turkey with all the trimmings, duck fat roasted potatoes, red wine gravy and of course cranberry sauce delight. The Deluxe Dinner Hamper ($3,000) offers the same with extra starting plates and desserts. With Oktoberfest swiftly behind us, we’re still able to enjoy the gift of hearty German fare and good brews! Interested in celebrating Christmas meal with a hoppin’ twist? One of HK’s favourite German joints is offering up a Christmas takeaway menu fit for any celebration. The holiday party menu will feed 12-15 mouths for $2,280 – and let me tell you, no guest will go hungry with the heavy festive dishes. Start light with the original Beerliner fruit salad, finger sandwiches of BBQ pulled pork, pan fried sole fillets alongside spicy beef skewers and the best part, an assortment of juicy bratwursts on the sausage platter. For the main you’ll be satiated with prawn spaghetti, oven-roasted turkey breast and or a slab of roasted Australian grain-fed rib-eye. No German feast would be complete without apple strudel and there will be plenty available too.. The feast is complete with one bottle of a selected red or white. Not drinkers? Opt for the 12 cans of soda instead. For just $450 extra you’ll get yourself 10 500ml bottles of German brew – which is obvi too good to pass up.

Eclipse is offering a offering up two different festive menus for Christmas catering this season. Each with enough food to feed 10 hungry bellies, The Feast ($1,890) includes a roasted turkey, smoked salmon platter, baby back ribs, salad as well a toothsome array of three desserts! Indulge in coconut fudge brownies, macarons and apple crumble – it’s Christmas therefore totally acceptable to have one (or two) of everything! For a more traditional take, opt for the Festive Roast ($1,180) which consists of a whole roasted turkey with classic cranberry fixins, turkey stuffing, pick your mash from the yam or white potato variety, alongside a ginger glazed carrot or prepared salad. Mix up the traditions this year, instead of the usual roasted turkey or succulent pineapple ham, opt for another juicy protein to try. La Rôtisserie serves up some perfectly moist and flavourful meaty dishes!
