Tiny Bites: Linguini Fini in The L Place, Central

Linguini Fini is a bona fide HK hit from the team behind Posto Publicco and Homegrown Foods, serving up delicious and well-priced Italian food from breakfast through to late-night snacks. With its casual atmosphere, funky playlists and friendly staff, it seems they’ve discovered the perfect formula to keep HK-ers coming back for more – so much so they expanded to take over the whole of the downstairs floor too! Their recently launched kids menu and the fact that they open at 11am on Sundays makes Linguini Fini a great brunch option for families.

Thumbs up for…
The staff and the vibe! Service is generally really great, and the music is toe-tapping. This is the perfect place to grab an after-work cocktail if you need a bit of a lift after a hard day, and we LOVE their White & Gold Bars (deep-friend mozzarella sticks) and Buffalo Chicken Wings on their bar menu. Thumbs down for…
We’ve sampled the kids’ menu twice, and it seems there is slightly inconsistent quality depending on whether Chef Vinnie is in the kitchen or not. Our first time when he was there, everything was fantastic and freshly made. Our second time around when he was absent, the pasta for the kids meals had clearly been reheated and was quite dry. There was also no fresh mozzarella available…. WHAT?!

Stroller Access?
Yes, you can walk straight in to the bar area on the ground floor from the street with no steps at all, or ride the elevator to the first floor dining room with your stroller.

Highchairs?
Cute red wooden highchairs are available on request – just make sure to say you need one when you make your booking!

Kids menu?
Yep! Linguini Fini have recently launched a kids’ menu full of family faves like Spaghetti & Meatballs and deep-fried Peanut Butter & Jelly bites. Little ones will also love the pizzas from the main menu.

Starters and antipasti around HK$88-98 and main courses range from HK$108 for pasta to HK$338 for secondi.
