Flex is not just a place to work out for the whole family – it’s also starting to make a name for itself hosting some of the best events in town. This week Flex invites Sassy Mamas to head down to Wong Chuk Hang for a bit of Retail Therapy. With brands like Abi & Joseph pilates wear, Hip Little Bubba, Tootie & Carla and TiGam there’s something for everyone.
