Birth Story was created to support new and expecting mamas every step of the way. There’s no doubt that we’re already getting enough advice, but these experts are here to offer a helping hand (we can always use another!) every step of the way. Birth Story offers antenatal classes, birth doula support, postnatal support and breastfeeding counselling. They also provide prenatal and postnatal yoga, which can be the much-needed thread of consistency through a time where changes are constantly happening. Whether you’re looking to prepare for pregnancy or recover after the big day, this a place to get emotional and physical support.
