Commissary in Pacific Place is offering a buffet menu with over 20 dishes on Christmas Eve, including pork shoulder and brussels sprouts with bacon. On Christmas Day, a sharing menu of 10 dishes will be available. This includes roast turkey and trimmings, alongside other less traditional dishes such as soft shell crab tacos.

Limewood is adding an achiote marinade to this year’s traditional turkey for extra flavour. It will be accompanied by stuffing, gravy and fried potatoes, seasoned with coriander and lime aioli. The Globe
The Globe isn’t straying far from tradition this Christmas Day. The restaurant will serve diners an amuse bouche ahead of starters, which include salmon and game broth. Main courses include turkey with all the trimmings, but there are also fish, meat and vegetarian options. There’s a choice of Christmas pudding, a cheese plate or sticky toffee pudding for dessert.
