Here’s one for the papas-to-be! Perfect for dads with questions about labour, birth and life with a new baby, this event is an informative workshop that covers the challenges of becoming a dad. The webinar is hosted by new dads, a midwife, and a men’s mental health experts, and cover topics such as coping with sleep deprivation and how to support one’s partner pre- and post-birth.
