This event is for soon-to-be-mamas who are looking for advice on how to prepare for labour, birth & life with a new baby in a causal environment.The event will be hosted by midwife, Sofie from Urban Hatch where she will share her tried and tested tips to help you prepare for labour, birth and beyond including:
- Movement and exercise to stay healthy and strong during pregnancy and recover after birth
- Optimal nutrition for birth & life with your new baby(ies)
- Keeping a healthy mind
