Sassy Mama Loves: Four Cow Farm

Style & BeautyPost Category - Style & BeautyStyle & Beauty

There are just so many choices to make as a mama, sometimes I just give up and make the easy ones, but it can be frustrating knowing there must be better options out there that I just don’t have the time or energy to research! Skin and bath products for kids are one of those areas where I have never really made the effort to break out of what’s available in the supermarket. So I was excited when Delphinia from Four Cow Farm sent us an absolute bumper pack of goodies for the whole Sassy Mama team to try.

But then being busy mamas, we all popped our loot in our bathroom cupboards and went about our normal duties for a while, until something interesting started happening… we started sharing the discoveries we were making: “Did you know, that Calendula Balm from Four Cows is the best for putting on a nose that’s sore from being wiped?”… “Did you try that body oil yet? It smells amazing!”… “I put the Tea Tree lotion on my son’s chapped cheeks the other day and it cleared right up”… We had all fallen hard for Four Cow Farm, and without even meaning too – purely from the fact that these products are genuinely fantastic.

The Four Cow Farm range are 100% natural, and made on a farm in Australia by Delphinia’s nanna. They are totally free of all nasties, which means no parabens, propylene glycol, sulfates, artificial fragrances or colours. The bath soaps and gels are made from pure castile soap and everything is suitable for the most sensitive of skin. They have a particular following in fact amongst parents whose kiddos suffer from eczema. Their balms are particularly fantastic and have so many uses. The calendula balm is my particular fave as it can be used on insect bites, dry lips and little cuts and scrapes (you know those ones where your little ones insist on having a plaster put on it even though you know it’s not necessary – now I grab the “magic balm” instead!).

We get sent a lot of products to try at Sassy, and many of them are really good, but Four Cow Farm is one of the only ones to get the full “love” seal of approval so we wanted to share. And prices are reasonable when you consider how long they last! You can pick up their products in store here or shop online here.
