If you’re looking for quality wooden toys that are made to last, look no further than Little Door. Founder, Chika was born and raised in Japan and found a love and passion for beautifully made toys that engage the child. As a mama living in Hong Kong, she decided to launch Little Door where she sources toys that are designed well, made of high quality and with safe materials. All the toys have an excellent play value which means little ones are encouraged to use their imagination when they play – something we can definitely get on board with! For those of you who call the New Territories home, Baby Boom will soon be your favourite new spot. Another one-stop shop, Eugene Club in Central is a very spacious and a well-designed store offering the biggest range of pushchairs as well as nursery furniture, highchairs, walkers, bouncers, feeding accessories, nappies and toys. They also have a changing room and wide aisles, which makes taking your baby along so much easier.
Jellybean is a boutique children’s store based in Causeway Bay. Catering to the young and young-at-heart, it offers everything from toys and games to bedding and cutlery in a wide variety of bright and vibrant colours. It also takes the stress out of organising your child’s birthday by offering personalised party bags complete with a main toy, five smaller toys and you guessed it… jelly beans!
Little Beetles certainly stands by its motto, “Learning is fun.” All of the toys it carries are equally educational and exciting. Head to Little Beetles for a great range of authentic HABA toys from Germany, or visit its playroom on a wet and rainy day. Ninety percent of its playroom material is by HABA (and it is an official retailer of the quality German brand).
