Summer camp
Looking for some relaxation time over the summer…where both you and your kids are happy? Well listen up mamas, three of the hottest names in kids’ fitness FlexKids, Elite Personal Training and Twinkle Dance Company join forces for some Summer Camp extravaganzas that will have you and your kids screaming for more! Yoga for mama and baby
No need for the helper, as this Baby Yoga Charity event includes your bubs as well! Through different postures, holding movements, touch, voice, acupressure and deep relaxation, these sessions help to create the ultimate carefree and happy environment, for both you and your little one. Not only will this benefit the both of you, but also it is for a great cause as donations go to the Room to Read organization. Monica Proctor will be the instructor helping you both to reach peace of mind… Namaste!

Stepping into bliss
Need some time to unwind? Well, this month The Sanctuary is offering the perfect opportunity for some RnR. They are welcoming three new practitioners including Charlotte Douglas, who specialises in Homeopathy treatments and Vinyasa Flow Yoga; Angela Cummins, who is the resident Visual Coding Displacement Therapist; and Tingting Peng, who is teaching another style of Vinyasa Flow. Come along and join other mamas in escaping the hectic lifestyle that Hong Kong invariably brings upon us. Sassy Mama tip: the How To Use Homeopathic Remedies in Pregnancy and Labour class on 12 June looks a good ‘un!
