The menu will feature breakfast favourites using eggs laid exclusively by ‘happy harmonious hens’.




The Hong Kong ‘Pop Poultry’ Farm breeds clean chickens that spend their day listening to all types of music ranging from Cantopop to Classical (we kid you not!). The eggs that the boogying birds produce are richer and larger as a direct result of the specially selected symphonies — so make sure you tell that to your picky eaters and see how fast they clear their plates!




Other items include home-made granola with banana, greek yoghurt and organic honey and sides of hash browns, mushrooms, bacon, Italian Sausage, baked tomato and shaved ham, plus a selection of freshly baked Commune breads. Posto Pubblico take on social and environmental consciousness, using classically simple “clean” ingredients from local sustainable sources where possible, meaning you can indulge there (almost) guilt free.
