Seasalt is famous for its fish & chips (with a modern twist!). It was opened by two Australian guys who believed Hong Kong was in desperate need of a decent fish & chips restaurant. Not only did they succeed, they managed to create arguably the tastiest, most outstanding fish & chips restaurant in Hong Kong. Seasalt has a cool, laid back atmosphere and is perfect for a casual lunch or dinner. In addition to fish & chips, the restaurant serves a variety of grilled/fried sea food dishes such as popcorn prawns, grilled calamari, fish tacos and grilled barramundi with rice.
