Learn from the greats! The Gaggenau Culinary Masterclass includes 12 cooking classes across various cuisines from award-winning restaurants. Experience special hands-on cooking sessions led by renowned chefs, such as Chef Jowett Yu from modern Chinese restaurant Ho Lee Fook (Thursday, 29 November), Chef Nicolas Boutin of the 1-Michelin starred French restaurant Epure, Chef Daniel Calvert of Belon (#40 in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants List), and Mott 32’s Chef Lee Man Sing (providing a Chinese New Year themed class on Thursday, 31 January). Register quick – there are only 14 students per session!
