In collaboration with the University of Hong Kong and funded by Aetna International, Mind Hong Kong has recently released new research regarding attitudes towards mental health and the stigma that surrounds these issues in our city. Statistics revealed that many of us do believe Hong Kong should be more tolerant but often do not make it our own personal responsibility.
Take that step towards engaging with mental health and wellbeing with this “Mental Health Literacy and Orientation” session, that will cover the spectrum of mental health, from anxieties, phobias and depression to more severe conditions, as well as how to get help in Hong Kong and internationally. You can register here.
Time: 11am to 12:30pm
