New mums need all the support they can get – from the lack of sleep, to feeling like you have not a lot of idea what the heck you’re supposed to do with the little creature that has appeared in front of you and of course adding a bucket-load of hormones, it can be a pretty bewildering time! Nest 4 Mums is a fab resource if this sounds like you, and they’re now back for Autumn to continue their drop-in sessions in Wanchai.
The Nest 4 Mums team are fab, serving up tea and sympathy along with their sensible advice. They’re all experts in their fields and between them can solve any baby problem. It’s also a great way to meet other new mamas if you’re going a little stir crazy with only a little one for company.
When: Every Tuesday from 2.30pm – 5pm
Where: The Room next to the Courtyard, The Methodist Church, 271 Queen’s Rd East (where is meets Kennedy Road) Wan Chai
How much: HK100 including tea, biccies and baby-weighing
Can I bring my stroller? Yep, but there are 4-5 stairs from the courtyard leading up to the room where Nest is held, so you might want to carry your baby up and leave the stroller outside – it’ll be perfectly safe there.
If you’ve got any questions about the sessions, email [email protected]. As well as new mums, mamas-t0-be are also welcome!
