Nail20 – Clean, fuss-free and a go-to nail salon in Hong Kong

Nail20 is very much a no-frills salon, so don’t expect above and beyond when it comes to the space. But the ambience is perfectly pleasant and it is very clean and professional. There’s a great range of nail services from standard manicure and pedicure treatments to soak-off gel and hard gel options. At just $100 for an express manicure or $140 for an express pedicure, it’s a great option to get to the nail salon during your lunch break. Booking in advance is recommended!

Nail 88 – Nail salon with possibly one of the cheapest manicures in Hong Kong

Nail 88 is a no-frills, no-fuss nail salon that does a quick, decent coat of fresh paint at hard-to-beat prices. It’s a little rough around the edges, but with lacquer manicures costing just around $50, it’s hard to complain. Having quickly expanded across Hong Kong Island in the past few years, with locations now in Kennedy Town and North Point, make sure to call ahead or drop in just before the lunch rush as spots fill up quickly.

This local spot is a clean and hygienic space, and the nail art that the technicians do is fantastic. Whilst the Facebook Page is in Cantonese, the professional, friendly staff do speak English. Iyara – Well-known nail salon you’ll spot from the Mid Levels escalator!

If you travel on the escalators, you’ll likely have noticed this popular spa on Cochrane Street. Iyara has stood the test of time since 2008, and also has locations on Hollywood Road and Prince’s Terrace.
