Stone Nullah Tavern

Wave goodbye to the Monday (and Tuesday!) blues and head to Stone Nullah Tavern for its newly introduced evening specials from 6pm -to 10:30pm. For Mondays, the Tavern is offering a sweet All-You-Can-Eat Barbecue Ribs deal. For $219, guests can enjoy an endless supply of ribs served with gorgonzola coleslaw and pickles. Quench your thirst with a free-flow of PBR’s and house wines for just another $99. On Tuesdays, don’t miss Beer & Wings Night. Indulge in a variety of wings ($8 each) served with three different sauces: Buffalo, Chilli Honey and Habanero and wash down the heat with an ice cold Peroni Beer ($30).

Carbone

In celebration of white truffle season, Carbone is bringing a selection of Chef Billy Otis’ dishes in an a la carte menu devoted to the Alba truffles from Piedmont, Italy. The menu will be available from late October to December, and is inclusive of dishes such as the Truffle Fettuccine and Truffle Tortellini. If you prefer to stick to what you know, diners can also opt to elevate the Carbone classics, such as the Fettuccine con Funghi ($208), with truffle shavings.

Rustico

This September, Rustico is introducing a few new items to its traditional Catalan menu headed by guest Chef Jaume Puigdengolas (from Marbella’s Michelin-Starred restaurant Skina!). Diners will start off the meal with two savoury aperitifs and two starters, before continuing on to the roasted mullet and saffron suquet. For the main dishes, guests will have the option between cannelloni of roast veal with light Béchamel cream cheese or duck rillette with vegetables. The meal will finish off with a chocolate rock cake as the final touch. This exclusive tasting menu will only be available from 4 to 7 September during dinnertime. A new tapas menu full of vegetarian, seafood and meat options will be available from 1 to 3 September and again on 8 to 24 September.

Beef & Liberty

Taking the traditional hamburger and craft beer culture up a notch from day one? None other than our beloved Beef & Liberty. From Monday, 4 September to Tuesday, 3 October, enjoy the new limited edition The Truffle & Mushroom Burger – an umami-packed burger of paired with Krug Grande Cuvée at all Beef & Liberty restaurants.

Cafe Deco

Cafe Deco is introducing a new a la carte menu with new pizza flavours, starting with the Char Siu Pizza ($156) with mozzarella, Chinese-style roast pork, orange Hoi Sin sauce, bell peppers, quail egg and cherry tomatoes. The fusion of Eastern and Western cooking also extends to the Japanese Miso Cod pizza ($168)  the Confit Duck N Foie Gras Pizza ($168). For main courses, diners can try the Char-grilled U.S. prime ribeye ($298) served with truffle-salted fries. The key lime pie ($70) and the pear and chocolate crumble ($70) are also new additions to the dessert menu. Cafe Deco’s “Pizza of the Month” for this coming September is the Texas BBQ Beef Brisket Pizza ($165), made with Guinness BBQ sauce, mozzarella and garden leaves.

Nobu

In September executive chef Sean Mel and executive sushi chef Kazunari Araki will explore the Kobe region of Japan with the “Harvest in Aomori,” showcasing autumn produce from the Aomori Prefecture, located in Tōhoku region of northern Japan.  As always, the dishes pay tribute to Japanese flavours and have a contemporary take. The special set lunch and dinner menu include selected seasonal products such as Awabi (abalone), Saba (mackerel), Uni (Sea Urchin), Hotate (scallops) and Black Garlic.

Morton’s The Steakhouse

Celebrate National Day with a bang at Morton’s The Steakhouse. Signature dishes will be served alongside a panoramic view of fireworks over Victoria Harbour. The main course includes Morton’s Asia exclusive 48oz Double Porterhouse ($1,588) and Whole Baked Maine Lobster. Guests can also choose to add on various sides ($130) to complement their meal. For dessert, go for the Morton’s Legendary Sundae ($208) which features a trio stack of Hot Chocolate Cake, Häagan-Dazs ice cream, caramel and whipped cream.

The Steakhouse Winebar & Grill

From Monday, 4 September to Tuesday, 31 October, The Steakhouse is bringing the flavours of Ireland to HK with its newly curated  “A Taste of Ireland” menu. Starting with the Beetroot Cured Irish Organic Salmon Carpaccio with Lime Jalapeño Sauce ($368) and Galway Kelly Oysters ($428/ half dozen), the fresh ingredients continue into the main course with a selection of John Stone Dry Aged Prime Rib ( $1,680/32oz), Tenderloin ($758/8oz) and Ribeye ($958/14oz), all served with Lyonnaise potatoes and garlic. Finish off the meal with an Irish Cheese Platter ($268) or with InterContinental’s Executive Pastry Chef’s special dessert ($268).

AVA Restaurant Slash Bar, at Hotel Panorama by Rhombus

In celebration of recently appointed Executive Chef Alberto Bocelli from Italy, AVA Restaurant Slash Bar is bringing ‘The Italian Gastronomy Journey’. The menu is inclusive of Hokkaido Sea Scallop Carpaccio ($188), Arborio Risotto with Lobster ($198), Hot and Cold Tiramisu ($98), and more.

Fang Fang

Fang Fang has launched a new “Sin-Tok-Ho” Weekday Set Lunch Menu, with dishes coming from three different Asian cities – Singapore (Sin), Tokyo (Tok) and Hong Kong (Ho). Every weekday from 12 noon to 2:30pm, guests can choose from one course ($158), two courses ($198) or three courses ($218) that include both meat and vegetarian options. Guests can also try its signature iced tea for an additional $48 for Yuzu Oolong Iced Tea, Lychee Cardamom Iced Tea or Green Apple Chrysanthemum Iced Tea.

aqua and Armani/aqua

These two favourites really need no introduction. The Saturday and Sunday #becausebrunch offer runs at both aqua and Armani/aqua for $598 with free-flow Veuve Clicquot Champagne and cocktails, or $698 for Veuve Clicquot Rich or Vintage. Experience the best of both the Italian and Japanese kitchens at both venues. Armani/aqua offers a family friendly option, with a kid’s play room and a special menu with mini sushi and playful pizzas and pastas. Priced at $198 for ages 5 – 12, and kids under five eat for free. The banquet buffet offers unlimited starters, jet-fresh sushi and sashimi, cured meats, cheese, antipasti and a live pasta station. On the other hand, Aqua offers starter platters, featuring a medley of Italian appetizers like parma ham, and spicy salami. Oh, and insta-worthy sushi and sashimi share platters are created by the aqua’s Japanese Master Chefs to include the very best daily catch – sliced to perfection!

Già Trattoria

Italian restaurant, Già Trattoria, is launching new sharing menus for friends and families (four or more people) to enjoy food together. The four-course menu includes an appetizer, pasta, main course and dessert. Diners can also let the chef know about any dietary restrictions so that they can make the necessary adjustments. Partnering with Green Monday, Già Trattoria is also launching a Green Monday four-course sharing menu for two people or more. The menu will include salad, soup, pasta or pizza and dessert.

WHISK

Chef Rolf Fliegauf will be at WHISK on 20 September to present a four-course lunch and an eight-course dinner. Featuring Norway lobster with coconut, citrus and herbs and organic celeriac and black truffle gyoza with onion broth and watercress – all paired with fine wines. Chef Rolf’s appearance is part of the International Chef Showcase, a collaboration of the Michelin guide. The modern European lunch ($988) and dinner ($2,088) at WHISK is available only on 20 September from noon to 2:30pm for lunch and 7pm to 10pm for dinner.

The Pass

Calling all foodies! This special late-night supper club series has got our mouth watering. Highlighting the chefs who helm some of Hong Kong’s most iconic kitchens, we can’t wait to see what’s in store. Chesa

Starting from Wednesday, 27 September, Chesa is partnering up with Switzerland’s iconic Badrutt’s Palace Hotel to present a taste of the Alps. For three days only, Head Chef Andrea Panatti will be serving up an exclusive á la carte menu at Chesa. Featuring Chesa Veglia Signature Lobster Salad, mains include Puschlav-style Pizzoccheri buckwheat style pasta with green beans, potato, spinach and cheese, Blanc et Rouge – corn-fed chicken in rosemary butter and Beef Chateaubriand with béarnaise sauce. For desserts, Swiss sweet treats will no doubt make an appearance. Alternatively, choose from its three-course set lunch menu, priced at $385 per person.

The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong

From 21 to 23 September, in celebration of the Giro d’Italia annual three-week-long bicycle race around Italy, Chef Pino Lavarra will be hosting a wine and dine tour of Italy. Highlighting four key regions: Puglia, Campania, Sicily and Lombardy, diners will be given a choice between an eight-course dinner menu ($1,980), six-course dinner menu ($1,780), eight-course lunch menu ($1,680), and a four-course lunch menu ($880). Each menu includes dishes such as the Cannelloni “Nerano” paired with the 2011 Taurasi, Feudi di San Gregorio, Campania; and Sicilian brioche paired with the 2015 Malvasia di Bosa, Tasca d’Almerita, Sicily.

12,000 Francs

As an ode to the City of Lights, Francs is launching its new Pop-Up series until 12 September. Sunday and Thursday for dinner, 12,000 Francs will transform itself into a Parisian bistro, and guests can try out eight new dishes, in addition to the normal à la carte menu. Diners can mix and match from the new pop-up menu and the à la carte menu.
