Looking for parent-approved way to ring in 2018? Hong Kong has no shortage of party options, but when it comes to the big night, it can be tricky to find one that caters to the kids. After all, only the best will do! Set on Repulse Bay beach, Limewood offers a relaxing setting and a breath of fresh air…

This well-known resto is all about merging South American, Southeast Asian, Hawaiian and Caribbean cuisines together. The place itself is 100% family friendly. Think a beach play area, a kids menu, a laid-back vibe and stunning views.

Wondering what Limewood has in store this New Years Eve? To really wrap up the year, the focus is on creating a festival of creativity – through both, cuisine and culture. Set up camp with the whole crew and enjoy listening to live music whilst the 2017 sun sets over the ocean. Head over nice and early for the first sitting (from 6pm to 8pm) and make the most of the sunset dinner package (with a glass of complementary Nicolas Feuillate Champagne). We can’t forget to mention that children under 11 eat for free. The live art performances, entertainment and playing on the beach is just an added bonus! Sounds pretty perfect to us.

The menu features red Mediterranean prawn aguachile and coconut glazed grilled sweet corn to start, and the option between two mains to share. First up is the Limewood Bo Ssam, one of the signature dishes next, featuring a slow-cooked, melt-in-your-mouth pork shoulder. If you’re opting for something a little lighter, go for the whole grilled sea bass. Both dishes come with fresh lettuce cups, homemade ginger scallion sauce and smoky coleslaw. To end on a sweet note, you get to indulge Limewood’s ginger doughnut, complete with lemongrass dust and Snowball Ice Cream. Check out the full menu here – it won’t disappoint!

Planning on staying out after, or leaving the littles tucked in bed this year? We applaud both decisions! Join Limewood from 9pm for the official countdown. This late dining dinner menu is followed by free flow drinks, and all diners are encouraged make the most of the live music (and the sound of crashing waves), dancing into 2018 with our toes in the sand.

First seating (from 6-8pm) and second seating (from 9pm onwards) are both for $650. For the first setting, kids can choose one complimentary item from the kids menu, while adults can get a complimentary glass of Nicolas Feuillate Champagne, and for the second seating, a free flow package is available, priced at HK$350 with bubbly, red & white wines, classic margaritas and rum punch flowing.
