Has the school admissions process in Hong Kong got you confused? You’re definitely not alone! Luckily Kellett School is sharing its expertise.
Navigating the Hong Kong school system can be tough, there’s the diversity of curriculums, school values, facilities and fees, and that’s before we even get to the complex admissions process! And, of course, each school has its own application process, timeline, interviews and application fees. Then you need to figure out which year level your kids should be in, and accordingly, in which year yours should apply. It’s no wonder parents get confused!
Kellett School, the British International School in Hong Kong is here to help as it plays host to a free Facebook Live discussion on Thursday, 10 February at 10am. During the live stream, you’ll hear from the school’s admissions experts and have the opportunity to participate in an interactive discussion and ask your own burning questions in real-time. While the event is hosted by Kellett, the information is applicable to the wider Hong Kong education system so parents will find it useful no matter which school you intend on applying to.
This is the fourth in a successful series of Kellett Live Facebook discussions. Previous topics have covered the difference between A-levels and the IB Curricula, the highly-selective university applications process as well as early years education. It’s nice to see the highly-skilled Kellett team sharing their expertise with the wider community.
The event is free, but you’ll want to mark your diary now if you want your chance to ask the Kellett School experts questions during the Facebook Live. Don’t worry if your busy schedule leads to a conflict, the entire discussion will be recorded and made available to those who can’t tune in live.
