This leading children’s activity centre has developed a unique, tried and tested curriculum over many years of research. The brand new Wong Chuk Hang location (conveniently located opposite Exit A of the MTR station) which is relocated from their Central branch, boasts nearly 3,000 square feet of gym floor space and loads of cool apparatus, offering youngsters even more opportunities to thrive!

Who can join the My Gym Children’s Fitness Centre?

Classes start from as young as 6 months right through to 5 years old, and take place in the spacious child-focused gym with activities like swinging, tumbling, climbing and lots more. The sessions have activities that rotate on a weekly basis so little ones will never get bored! Classes include:

  • Tiny Tykes (6 to 12 months): Beginning stretches, exercises, infant songs, dancing, etc.
  • Waddlers (12 to 19 months): Introduces balancing, tumbling, hanging and agility exercises
  • Gymsters (19 months to 2.5 years): Activities that work on fine as well as gross motor skills
  • Terrific Tots (2.5 to 3.5 years): Encouraging listening, following directions and co-operation as a group while working on physical and social skills
  • Mighty Mites (3.5 to 5 years): Gymnastic skills that build strength, flexibility, and agility, refining core gross motor skills (running, jumping, hopping, throwing and catching)

The My Gym team has created an environment where children feel safe and supported so their self-esteem and confidence can flourish. The teachers have years of experience under their belt, and always go above and beyond to encourage the young learners. Kids can develop their fine and gross motor skills, practise social skills through meeting and playing with others, and improve cognitive ability as they problem solve and use creativity. Sessions are also a wonderful way to build a strong parent-child bond as most classes are accompanied.

Health and safety while in class is a top priority, and not only while performing the activities. The centre has hospital-grade air purifiers for comfort and hygiene so you can breathe easy. All teachers are also fully vaccinated. It also follows the Government COVID-19 precautions, though kids under two are not forced to wear a face mask (it is encouraged if they can).
