Studies have concluded 80% of women are still wearing ill- fitting bras. But we’re here to help you change that!
Even though many retailers use a standardised sizing that is confusing, limited and outdated, there are brands and specialty shops here in Hong Kong offering more personalised services catering to women’s unique needs. We’ve scoured the streets to find places where you can find a bra that actually fits, no matter what your true size is.

BodiBra has some kind of cult following amongst Hong Kong locals. It definitely caught our attention when talking to our friends about finding the right bra in Hong Kong. Not only are the bras made-to-measure, but they also address common issues such as slouched body posture, crooked shoulders, increase of underarm body mass, back pain and many other issues that we never thought can be related to wearing an ill-fitted bra. Price range: starts at $500 for bras.
This is a name that keeps coming up when you combine the luscious words “luxury” and “lingerie”. A French brand founded in 1948, the styles here are elegant and seductive, which makes sense because Madame Simone was a talented corset maker. If you’re looking for something ultra sexy and special (think: honeymoons and wedding anniversaries), it should be your go-to shop. This French lingerie brand is all about delicate details, whether it’s the sweet florals threaded throughout its delice line, or its stylish reducer bras, and most are still current enough for the modern-day women. Price range: $500 to $800.
Sassy Mama Tip: Harvey Nichols stylists will assist you when shopping Simone Pérèle online and it is actually refreshingly personal, just ask!
This shop offers a free 30 to 45 minute free private fitting. Our advice: make the time. Aside from taking your measurements and checking if you are wearing the right cup, the Bra Consultants here share their extensive knowledge on important points women should be aware of when buying bras. They examine factors such as armpit fat or back fat, and explain how wearing the right bra affects those tissues to rejoin your chest. No more guessing your bra size and no more wearing ill-fitting bras! (Price: $350 for the Better Fitted Bra)
Sassy Mama Tip: You’ll need to advise the shop ahead of time if you require an English-speaking underwear consultant!
