Calling All Bookworms: Storytelling at the City Hall Public Library

For the next three Saturdays the City Hall Public Library is offering a Storytelling for Children program. The theme this month? Poems, Stories & Music.

Most of the Hong Kong Public Library programs are in Cantonese, but this month the City Hall Public Library in Central is offering some additional sessions of Storytelling for Children..in English.

The sessions run from 2:30-3:30pm on September 11, 18, and 25th in the Junior Library (on the 2nd floor) and are designed for children ages 5-11. More than just a story hour, kids will draw pictures based on the poem or story they were read…all while a selected piece of classical music is played.

Admission is FREE. Tickets are distributed at the 2/F Children’s Corner at 2pm on the day of the event.
