With two studios, one on each side of Hong Kong, a class at mYoga is a great way to unwind and de-stress after a long day at work. You’ll get a sense of peace after a few sessions here, and there are plenty of classes to choose from depending on what you’re interested in: Traditional Yoga, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Take It Slow, Hot Yoga and Pilates. The Iyengar series looks particularly interesting as it makes use of props while doing the stretches and exercises. Forget kettlebells, you’ll be doing back balances off a chair to strengthen your muscles instead.
