Located right next to Hong Kong Disneyland (and managed by the theme park), Inspiration Lake is a manmade lake with lush grassy areas, easy meandering trails, a fun playground and pedal boats for hire.

Pack A Picnic For Inspiration Lake

Make the most of the sunshine and find your perfect patch of grass. With sprawling gardens and open grassy areas, you won’t have to search too hard to find a place to lay out your picnic blanket at Inspiration Lake. If you forget any supplies there is a small 7-Eleven at the entrance.

Ride Bikes Around Inspiration Lake

Pack those bikes and scooters because Inspiration Lake has 1.5km of easy paved cycling paths around the water that are perfect for letting the kids ride free. You can also hire two and four-seater family bikes to ride around the lake.

Bikes are available for hire from 10am to 4:30pm daily.

Hire A Pedal Boat At Inspiration Lake

Slap on some sunscreen and get those legs pumping when you take the kids out on a pedal boat. There are two and four-seat pedal boats for hire and life jackets are provided.

Pedal boats are available for hire from 10am to 4:30pm daily.

Facilities At Inspiration Lake

At the entrance to Inspiration Lake you’ll find a small convenience store selling snacks, drinks and any other basics you might have forgotten (open from 9:30am to 6:45pm). There are clean toilets as well as baby change facilities (up to Disney standards!).

Inspiration Lake is open from 9am to 7pm daily and admission is free.

How To Get To Inspiration Lake Hong Kong

Inspiration Lake is about a 15-minute flat walk (1km) from Hong Kong Disneyland MTR Station. There is a small car park and taxi/Uber drop-off point located right next to the lake entrance.
